Travel & Stay

Travel Information

We recommend flying into Vienna International Airport (VIE) for the most convenient access to the wedding festivities. The airport is just a short drive to the city center, and you can easily reach your hotel by Uber, taxi, or train. As a U.S. citizen, you do not need a visa to enter Austria for stays up to 90 days. If you don’t already have a passport, we recommend applying as soon as possible—routine processing can take 6–8 weeks, and expedited options are available for faster turnaround.

Accommodations

There are several beautiful hotels conveniently located just steps from the wedding venue—each within a 4-minute walk. The surrounding area is filled with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and stunning architecture, making it the perfect place to stay and explore.

The bride and groom will be staying at the Park Hyatt Vienna. While we won’t be offering a room block, we encourage guests to explore accommodations that best suit their preferences and budget. Great deals can often be found on sites like Booking.com or Expedia, and alternative options such as Airbnb or Vrbo are also widely available in the area.
